Motown Rage is an American nu metal band from Detroit, Michigan. They have released two albums. They were signed to Psychopathic Records sublabel Hatchet House from 2007 until 2009. They are now signed to an independent label named Luxor Records.
Razor Ray and 2Def began in the band Harms Way. The group toured nationwide with several bands including Kid Rock, Insane Clown Posse, and Pantera. [1] After going through several member changes, Ray and 2Def were the only remaining members of the group.[ citation needed ] In 2000, they were asked to back up Insane Clown Posse on their Bizaar/Bizzar tour. Ray and 2Def accepted and played guitar and bass with the duo throughout their tour. After the tour, Ray and 2Def decided to create another band that would perform a genre they called "Rap and Roll" or "Gangster Metal"."
After touring with the group Mob Mentality, Ray and 2Def approached MC Sadistic to provide lead vocals for their new band. They chose Sadistic because he had an understanding of the hip hop scene from touring with multiple hip hop groups such as Insane Clown Posse, Mystikal, Onyx, Das Efx, Eminem, and House of Krazees. After agreeing to join the group, the trio recruited Burn-1 as the fourth member and called their band Motown Rage after their home town of Detroit. On June 3, 2005, they released their self-titled debut album under Jab Records.
At the 2007 Gathering of the Juggalos, Motown Rage was announced to have signed with Hatchet House. In the following months, the group toured with Insane Clown Posse, Boondox, and Necro on the Hallowicked Tour. On April 3, 2009, Motown Rage released their second album, With Us or Against Us. Later that year, on October 16, the group announced that Frank "Foot" Hannah had joined the group as their new drummer.
In 2009 it was announced that Motown Rage was no longer on Hatchet House according to their blog on Myspace. As of the fall in 2010 Motown Rage signed to Luzor Records. Upon signing they decided that they would "Re-Release" their 2009 album With Us or Against Us and give it a new finish and add a few new tracks to it.

The Geto Boys enjoyed success in the 1990s with the group's classic lineup consisting of Bushwick Bill, Scarface and Willie D, earning several certified albums and hit singles, including "Mind Playing Tricks on Me" which reached No. 1 on the Hot Rap Songs and #23 on the Billboard Hot 100. The group was formed in 1986, and was active until the 2019 death of Bushwick Bill.

The album's lyrics describe the leader of the Carnival, who serves as one of the judges of one's soul in the afterlife, as being created from the listener's own evils.
Dark Lotus was an American hip hop group based in Detroit, Michigan, United States. Formed in 1998 as a side project of Insane Clown Posse and Twiztid, Dark Lotus was a representative of the horrorcore subgenre. From 1998 to 2017, Dark Lotus' lineup changed multiple times, with the most consistent members of the group being Violent J, Shaggy 2 Dope, Jamie Madrox, Monoxide and Blaze Ya Dead Homie.

The iconography of a man with a meat cleaver has been used for years as a symbol of the group, its fanbase, and its associates.

After a lineup change and a 14 year break-up, the original lineup reformed in 2013 and is currently signed with Majik Ninja Entertainment.
Tales from the Lotus Pod is the first album by American hip hop group Dark Lotus. Released on July 17, 2001, the album featured the only appearance of former member Marz, who was soon dismissed from the group. This was the first Insane Clown Posse/Twiztid related album to be released after their label Psychopathic Records left Island Records.
Forgotten Freshness Volume 4 is a rarities album by American hip hop group Insane Clown Posse. It features rare and unreleased tracks recorded throughout the group's career. It also came with a bonus compilation album of all of the Insane Clown Posse's yearly Hallowicked song releases, titled Hallowicked Compilation. The album is unique for having a pumpkin scent to its discs, matching the Hallowicked theme. It is the group's 4th installment in the "Forgotten Freshness album series", their 6th compilation album, and their 21st overall release.

Released on September 1, 2009 by Psychopathic Records, it was the group's second album with producer Mike E. Clark since his return to Psychopathic Records, and the first album to focus on the Dark Carnival since the conclusion of the group's original "Joker's Cards" series. The character is the first of a set of six new Joker's Cards.

Featuring Freshness is the tenth compilation album by American hip hop group Insane Clown Posse. It was released on November 1, 2011. The album compiles many of the group's collaborations with other rappers. Though the majority of the material on this set is previously released, three new tracks appear on the album, featuring appearances from Afroman, Big Hutch and Paris. Previously released material includes collaborations with the Psychopathic Records and Hatchet House lineup, Ice-T, Snoop Dogg, Kid Rock and Tech N9ne. It is the group's 28th overall release.
Richard Murrell is an American guitarist and singer from Detroit, Michigan, United States, better known as Legz Diamond. A former member of the rock band Coup Detroit, Murrell is best known as an affiliate of the hip hop duo Insane Clown Posse, for which he has provided production work, guitar and backing vocals and has also served as a Ring Announcer on their JCW wrestling tours. In 2013, Murrell signed as a solo artist with Psychopathic Records.
The Marvelous Missing Link: Found is the fourteenth studio album and the second part of the 3rd Joker Card in the second Deck of the Dark Carnival Saga by Insane Clown Posse. It was released on July 31, 2015 on Psychopathic Records, three months after its companion album Lost. It is the group's 35th release overall.
