Premise and format

Mr Moon is a children's television programme that teaches children the names of stars and constellations. The show focuses on singing, games, and activities which children can join along too.

Donald Jeffry Herbert, better known as Mr. Wizard, was the creator and host of Watch Mr. Wizard and Mr. Wizard's World (1983–90), which were educational television programs for children devoted to science and technology. It was said that no fictional hero was able to rival the popularity and longevity of "the friendly, neighborly scientist". Moon and Me is a British-American stop motion children's television series created by Andrew Davenport. The series airs in the UK on CBeebies while it airs in the United States on Universal Kids. The series was helped out by researcher Dylan Yamada-Rice by studying the ways that children interact with toy houses. The series was shot at Trilith Studios, then Pinewood Atlanta Studios, in Fayetteville, Georgia.
