Carlaw Park was a multi-purpose stadium in Parnell, a central suburb of Auckland, New Zealand. It neighboured the Auckland Domain's Northern end. It was primarily used for rugby league and had a peak spectator capacity of around 28,000 in the 1930s, though this fell to around 17,000 by the time the ground was closed in 2002. It is now the site of several offices and the University of Auckland's largest student accommodation Carlaw Park Student Village.

After Team New Zealand's victory in the 2017 event, the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron are the current holders of the America's Cup. On March 21, 2021, they beat Circolo della Vela Sicilia's Luna Rossa Challenge to again win the 2021 America's Cup.

The club was established in 1908 and is affiliated with the Auckland Rugby Football Union and New Zealand Marist Rugby Federation. Along with clubs like Grammar and University, Sacred Heart Old Boys, the predecessor of Marist, participated in an "Old Boys" competition until 1908, when the Auckland RFU scrapped the "district" scheme which had been in place from 1891. Consequently, Marist was formed, first fielding a premier team in 1910. The club have gone on to become one of the most successful clubs in Auckland, winning the Auckland competition on 11 occasions. Marist have produced numerous Auckland and New Zealand representatives, the latter including Sir John Kirwan, Robin Brooke, Zinzan Brooke, and more recently Isaia Toeava and Francis Saili.

This district health board existed between 2001 and 2022 and was governed by a part-elected, part-appointed board.
