Manto is a 2015 Pakistani biographical drama film based on the life of Pakistani short-story writer Sadat Hassan Manto, starring Sarmad Khoosat in the title role. It was directed by Khoosat himself, produced by Babar Javed, and written by Shahid Nadeem, whose screenplay was adapted from Manto's short stories, particularly "Thanda Gosht", "Madari", "License", "Hatak" and "Peshawar Se Lahore". It also depicts his relationship with singer-actress Noor Jehan. The film was released on 11 September 2015, sixty years after Manto's death.
Muqaddas is a 2015 Pakistani romantic, thriller television series premiered on Hum TVon 25 May 2015. The serial is produced by Momina Duraid under MD Productions. It stars Noor Hassan Rizvi, Iqra Aziz, ZQ, Hina Khawaja Bayat and Farhan Ali Agha. Sanam is a 2016 Pakistani television series that premiered on Hum TV on 12 September 2016. It is written by Mona Haseeb and directed by Haseeb Hassan and produced by Momina Duraid. The story of serial is told in a heavily serialized manner and it follows a love triangle. It revolves around the journey of Harib, a successful businessman, as he discovers the difference between a life partner and a soulmate. The show first aired on Hum TV, as a part of night programming under Duraid's production company.
Iftar Mulaqat is a Pakistani Ramadan talk show aired on Geo Kahani on every day of Ramadan at 6:00 P.M. The show is hosted by Hina Khawaja Bayat along with a famous Chef Shai who cooks different dishes on each day of Ramadan.The show continues to the third day of Eid and then goes off-air.
