MŠK Žilina is a Slovak football club based in the town of Žilina, that is playing in the Slovak Superliga. Since the league inception in 1993, the club has won 7 titles and comes second in All-time table that makes them one of the most successful teams in the competition. The club and their supporters alike are nicknamed Šošoni and play their home games in the Štadión pod Dubňom. In the 2016–17 season, Žilina won the Slovak League.

He won four gold medals at the 2012 Pacific Rim Championships. He has trained alongside Olympic and World Championships medalist Jonathan Horton as a junior, college and senior elite gymnast. On August 17, 2017, he announced his retirement from artistic gymnastics.
Christine Jennifer Peng-Peng Lee is a retired Canadian artistic gymnast. She was a member of the Canadian team that qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics, though a knee injury prevented her from competing in the Games. She attended UCLA and led the gymnastics team to the 2018 NCAA National Championship. Lee prefers to use her Chinese name Peng Peng when doing gymnastics, saying it makes her feel like "someone completely different."

In 2021 she won the WMC World Muaythai Title, the first female Slovak fighter to do so; she also won gold at the I.F.M.A. World Championship after four wins in the Female Elite -51 kg category, the first Slovak fighter ever to do so. In 2022 she won as first Muaythai fighter in The World Games IFMA after 3 winning fights.
