N.K.V.D. is a French industrial black metal project, formed in 2005. [1] N.K.V.D.'s music is based on history, power and dictatorship.
N.K.V.D. recorded in 2005 the demo "Vrajda", which was never released. In 2007, they recorded the EP Diktatura, released by French black metal label Those Opposed Records, Portuguese label Mistress Dance Records released a cassette version, and French label Flamme Noire a vinyl version. Eric Syre from the band Thesyre sang on the song "Incipit SSSR".
In 2011, N.K.V.D. recorded their first album called Vlast, again by Those Opposed Records.
In 2014, the label Avantgarde Music released N.K.V.D.'s album called Hakmarrja. [2]
In 2016, Krucyator Productions released N.K.V.D.'s compilation, called Totalitarian Industrial Oppression, reuniting both sold out records Diktatura and Vlast, with a remastered version of Vlast. [3]

Jesu are a British experimental band formed in 2003 by Justin Broadrick following the breakup of his band Godflesh. It is named after the last song on Hymns, the final album of Godflesh's initial run. Jesu's sound is heavily layered and textured, incorporating a diverse mix of influences. Solefald is a Norwegian avant-garde metal/black metal band that was formed by members Lars Are "Lazare" Nedland and Cornelius Jakhelln in August 1995, with Lars singing and playing keyboard/synthesizer/piano and drums, and Cornelius singing and playing guitar and bass. The meaning of the band's name is best explained in an interview from Century Media Records website. Lazare states "Solefald is an old Norse word for sunset. We 'stole' it from a painting by the Norwegian artist Theodor Kittelsen. His two paintings 'Soleglad' and 'Solefald' portrays the cycle of being, and we found it to be a very fitting idea for our band." Cornelius also states "'Solefald' means literally 'the fall of the sun', or just 'sunset'; the way we spell it is Danish, from the 19th century."
Angel Witch is the first album by British heavy metal band Angel Witch. The album was released in 1980 through Bronze Records, and since then re-released in four editions over the years. The cover features a painting formerly attributed to John Martin titled The Fallen Angels Entering Pandemonium. The album made Angel Witch one of the key bands in the new wave of British heavy metal movement.
Paw was an American alternative rock band from Lawrence, Kansas, United States, that was formed in 1990. The band's original lineup consisted of vocalist Mark Hennessy, guitarist Grant Fitch, bassist Charles Bryan, and drummer Peter Fitch. Massive Ego are a British Darkwave musical group formed in 1996 by singer and ex-model, Marc Massive and Andy J Thirwall. The band has changed its sound and image since its formation. The original releases being mostly covers in a Eurodance, Hi-NRG style. Massive and Thirwall later parted ways, and Massive searched for a new musical direction for the band. Collaborations with Empire State Human and Lia Organa & Electric Prince were the start of a darker sound for the band. The band joined alternative German label Out of Line Music in 2015 with the line-up; Marc Massive, Oliver Frost, Lloyd Price and Scot Collins. Their debut album for Out of Line was released on 17 February 2017. The current themes of the songs centre around the darker side of life, depression and anxiety, death, suicide, love, sex and vampirism. In 2017, the band became a trio due to Lloyd's departure.
