Modest Mouse is an American rock band formed in 1993 in Issaquah, Washington, and currently based in Portland, Oregon. The founding members were lead singer/guitarist Isaac Brock, drummer Jeremiah Green and bassist Eric Judy. They achieved critical acclaim for their albums The Lonesome Crowded West (1997) and The Moon & Antarctica (2000) and found mainstream success with the release of Good News for People Who Love Bad News (2004) and its singles "Float On" and "Ocean Breathes Salty".

He has made guest appearances alongside artists such as Tony Hadley, Gwen Dickey, Hamish Stuart and Steve Ferrone, and has performed on national television together with Chris Rea, M People, and Dina Carroll. In 2003, he released a solo album, Chilled 2 the Sax, which features Acker Bilk, Dina Carroll, and Ola Onabule. Smith became better known after appearing on the third series of Britain's Got Talent in 2009 and finished in third place behind singer Susan Boyle and winning dance troupe Diversity.

Millionaires is an American electronic music group currently consisting of Melissa Marie Green, Meredith Hurley, and Anissa Zermeno. The group, formed in August 2007, originally consisted of Green and her sister Allison Green, as well as friend Dani Artaud. The group are widely known for mixing heavily explicit lyrics with an electropop backing. Their image and lyrics generated strong controversy during their early years. The band released three EPs, several singles—including "Stay the Night", which managed to chart for a short time in the UK, and their debut album, Tonight, released in March 2013. In March 2016 they released a single with producer Wade Martin titled "When I'm Single". Much of their music style was ground-breaking in forming the crunkcore genre. The members are also widely known as being one of the first to become "Internet famous", gaining huge notoriety and popularity during the "Myspace era" of the mid 2000s within the emergence of social media. The Millionaires are also known for being in the scene genre today.
The Arcadian Kicks were an indie rock band from Kinver in South Staffordshire, who formed in 2006. They have described their sound as "Spectoresque, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin... a bit of light shoegaze and Yeah Yeah Yeahs mixed up". They finished recording their debut album, Making Lovers, in 2010.
Imicus are a British five-piece rock/metal band based in and around Luton and London, England. The band released their debut album Animal Factory via Transcend Records in May 2010. A single "The Marionette" followed in 2011 via a limited edition release. On 7 August the band announced the worldwide release of a new single 'The Libertine' on 26 September 2014. The band's final album 'Turbulent Skies' is released on 4 May 2015.
Crystal Fighters are an English-Spanish electronic music band, formed in 2007. Their debut album, Star of Love, was released in October 2010 in the UK and was released in the US through Atlantic Records in April 2012. Their second album, Cave Rave, was released on 27 May 2013 and their third, Everything Is My Family was released on 21 October 2016. Their fourth album titled Gaia & Friends was released on 1 March 2019. Their most recent album titled LIGHT+ was released on 3 November 2023.

Beatbullyz was a musical group from the Swindon area of England. The group was influenced by hip hop, ska, funk, soul, and big beat. The band was fronted by Daniel Dubose (Bozo) and Andrew Bullimore (Bully), both of whom created the music. The group was on the roster of Big Weekend Records, Bullimore's record label. The Beatbullyz street team was known as "The Minotaurs".
Films of Colour are an English alternative rock band, formed in 2008 at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, Essex, England. They originally started gigging under the name of Spires but as there were other bands already established by this name, they later changed their name to Films of Colour. After seeing them at their second gig, they were taken under the wing of Phil Catchpole where he developed their sound and put them in the studio and finally on tour with Cage the Elephant. Paul Carey joined the band as a Co-Manager in 2009, but when Phil Catchpole left in 2010, Paul Carey continued on and took command as their sole manager. On 4 October 2010, the band released their first single "Actions" with the B-side "Circles" (both produced/mixed by Duncan "Pixie" Mills. The single was released digitally and on limited edition 7" Vinyl by Fierce Panda’s sister label – Label Fandango. The band's sound were compared to acts such as Radiohead, Muse, Coldplay, early Bloc Party and Swedish act – Miike Snow. Simon Williams, head of Fierce panda described the band "as the best band he's signed since Radiohead and Coldplay". Picked up as The Guardian’s New Band of the Day, Best of Myspace Winners, The Independent newspaper’s Barometer: One to Watch and Steve Lamacq’s Favourite New Band. There was radio support from 6 Music, Absolute Radio, BBC Radio 2 as well as holding the number 1 spot for two weeks on Amazing Radio
This Wicked Tongue is a self-published independent rock band formed in March 2010, in Worcester, England. The band has supported Van Morrison, Athlete, Toploader and Dodgy at major regional festivals and events in the English West Midlands. Band members are Christina Maynard ; Haydn Rogers ; Rob Taylor (bass); and Ryan Lerigo-Jones (drums). Previous drummers include James Allin and Ben Pemberton.

Originally from Walsall, he is now based in Cheltenham, where he has developed his sound, following in the footsteps of and sharing stages with some of his favourite artists, such as Steve Winwood on his recent European tour. Summers has also recently supported Britpop group The Lightning Seeds; Frank Turner and Fyfe Dangerfield.

The band began to receive critical acclaim in early 2012, from publications such as The Guardian and NME, who compared them to The Maccabees, Foals, Wu Lyf and Vampire Weekend. They were considered part of the B-Town movement, along with bands such as Swim Deep, Jaws and Superfood.
