Nana Bediatuo Asante is a Ghanaian administrator,lawyer and consultant. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party. He is the current Executive Secretary to the President of Ghana and the Apagyahene of Akyem Abuakwa. And he is also an astute Public Servant.

Asante started his legal practice with Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton &Garrison,in New York before joining the African Development Bank and Databank as a Consultant and General Counsel respectively. [1] In 2000,he co-founded Faith Brothers Ltd,an investment holding company with Mawuli Ababio in Accra. The company later acquired Citi Savings and Loans Limited,where he served as a Managing Director. The company was subsequently converted into Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited and was acquired by Access Bank Plc of Nigeria in 2019. [2] [3]
In January 2017 he was appointed the Executive Secretary at the Flagstaff House by President Nana Akuffo-Addo. [4] [5] [6]
Politics of Ghana takes place in a framework of a presidential representative democratic republic,whereby the president of Ghana is both head of state and head of government,and of a two party system. The seat of government is at Golden Jubilee House. Executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is vested in both the government and Parliament. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is a Ghanaian politician who has served as the president of Ghana since 2017. He previously served as Attorney General from 2001 to 2003 and as Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2003 to 2007 under the Kufuor-led administration.
Yaw Osafo-Maafo is a Ghanaian politician who was appointed in April as the senior presidential advisor to the Akufo-Addo Administration 2021. He is president and Founder of the Christiana Addo Memorial Foundation which promotes education,sanitation,personal hygiene,and youth empowerment in Asante Akyem,and on December 22,2021 was appointed by President Nana Akufo-Addo,as the Acting Managing Director of Ghana Post.
Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta,is a Ghanaian investment banker who served as the Minister for Finance and Economic Planning in the cabinet of Nana Akufo-Addo from 2017 to 2024. He was a co-founder of Databank Group,a Ghanaian financial services company,and served as executive chairman until 2012 when he resigned. He was nominated by President Nana Akufo-Addo on 10 January 2017 and assumed office on 27 January 2017 as finance minister. On February 14,2024,he was relieved of his position as the finance minister of Ghana by Nana Akufo-Addo.
Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey,is a Ghanaian politician who serves as Ghana's minister for foreign affairs and regional integration.
