Narowal District District in Punjab, Pakistan

Narowal District, is a district in the province of Punjab of Pakistan. Narowal city is the capital of the district. During the British rule, Narowal was the town of Raya Khas tehsil of Sialkot District. Narowal District formed in 1991, when the two tehsils of Narowal and Shakargarh were split off from Sialkot District.

Narowal is a tehsil located in Narowal District, Punjab, Pakistan. It is administratively subdivided into 39 Union Councils, four of which form the tehsil capital Narowal.

Narowal Junction railway station is located in Narowal city, Narowal district of Punjab province of the Pakistan. It is the junction station of Narowal-Sialkot, Narowal-Dera Baba Nanak till 1947 and Narowal-Chak Amru railway lines. Now Narowal-Chak Amru railway line has been closed.
