Nathan Bailey (born 24 July 1993) is a British trampoline gymnast. He competed in the trampoline competition at the 2016 Summer Olympics, [1] where he finished in 9th place.

The Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships are the world championships for trampoline gymnastics including double mini trampoline and tumbling. They were originally held annually from 1964–1968. The frequency was switched to biennially from 1970–1998. The admission of trampolining to the Olympic Games required a switch to holding the World Championship as a qualifier in the year before the Olympics from 1999. Since 2010, the World Championships are again held annually, except for Olympic years. This cycle was broken in 2021 when the COVID-19 pandemic forced the delay of the 2020 Summer Olympics by one year.

The men's individual trampoline competition at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney was held on 23 September at the Sydney SuperDome. This was the first Olympics where the trampoline competition was held. Alexander Moskalenko won the gold medal after coming out of retirement once trampoline was announced as an Olympic sport.

Three gymnastics disciplines were contested at the 2012 Olympic Games in London: artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and trampolining. The trampoline events were held at the North Greenwich Arena from 3 to 4 August; the artistic events were also held at the North Greenwich Arena, from 28 July to 7 August. The rhythmic gymnastics events took place at Wembley Arena from 9 to 12 August.

Katherine "Kat" Driscoll is a British trampoline gymnast, and has been ranked as world number one. She became a full-time athlete in 2010, and has since won team and synchronised medals at the World and European Championships. She was chosen for the British team for the 2012 Summer Olympics after earning Great Britain a spot in the Women's Trampolining following her performance at the 2011 Trampoline World Championships.

Ángel Hernández Recalde is a trampoline gymnast. Born in Spain, he competed for Colombia in the 2020 Summer Olympics, where he placed ninth in men's trampoline. He was involved in a conflict with the Colombian Olympic Committee after the Olympics as he believed their lack of organization nearly led to him being stuck in Japan. He too represented Colombia at the 2022 Pan American Gymnastics Championships where he won golden medals in team final, synchronised trampoline together with Alvaro Calero and individual trampoline.
