Nathan DeTracy

Nathan DeTracy (born 1978) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder.

Standing 5'5" and averaging in weight at 182 pounds, DeTracy placed 16th as a light heavyweight in the 2006 USA NPC Bodybuilding & Figure Championships. Also in 2006,he placed seventh in the same weight class at the Los Angeles Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships. In 2007, he was the light heavyweight and overall winner in the Emerald Cup Championships. [1]

For 2008, DeTracy changed his training routine and slimmed down to compete in the middleweight category. [2] This strategy paid off when he took first place in that division in the 2008 NPC USA Championships. [3] DeTracy won his pro card at the 2009 NPC Nationals, placing first in the middleweight class.

Outside of competition, DeTracy owns Evolution Fitness in Bellevue, Washington. [4] He has also made guest posing appearances at bodybuilding and fitness expos. [5]

Shelley Ann Beattie was a professional female bodybuilder and actress. Beattie's highest placement was the top three at the Ms. International and Ms. Olympia contests, the two most prestigious shows for female professional bodybuilders. She was one of the few deaf professional female bodybuilders in the world, making the cover of Deaf Life magazine twice in the 1990s. After her retirement, she joined the Grinder on America's Cup team, finishing second place in both 1994 and 1995. In 2008, she died by suicide.

While in Las Vegas, Haley started training at Gold's Gym and met a female bodybuilder named Gabby. His first show was the Golds Gym Classic in Las Vegas. Not knowing how to diet, he ate hamburger patties from McDonald's. Carb loading was done with rice and French fries. He placed third in the show.
