The National Society for Histotechnology (NSH) is a professional association for clinical laboratory histotechnologists that was founded in 1973. [1]
The National Show Horse originated as a part-Arabian cross between an American Saddlebred and an Arabian horse. It is now established as a separate breed, since the founding of a breed registry in August 1981. Registered animals today may be the offspring of registered NSH parents or may be a combination between an American Saddlebred, Arabian, and a National Show Horse. Non-NSH mares and stallions must be registered with their appropriate registries, and stallions who are Arabian or Saddlebred must additionally be nominated and approved by the NSHR board of directors. Although any combination of these three breeds may be used, as of December 1, 2009 there must be at least 50% Arabian blood in the horse to be registered, up to 99% Arabian blood.
Limonene is a colorless liquid aliphatic hydrocarbon classified as a cyclic monoterpene, and is the major component in the volatile oil of citrus fruit peels. The (+)-isomer, occurring more commonly in nature as the fragrance of oranges, is a flavoring agent in food manufacturing. It is also used in chemical synthesis as a precursor to carvone and as a renewables-based solvent in cleaning products. The less common (-)-isomer has a piny, turpentine-like odor, and is found in the edible parts of such plants as caraway, dill, and bergamot orange plants.

Dr. V. P. Gangadharan is an Indian oncologist, known for his support to poor and needy cancer patients by providing them with subsidised medicines and free counselling through Cochin Cancer Society. He was the former Head of the Department at Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram. He has undergone training at The Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton, London and George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He was massively involved in the formation of Cochin Cancer Society in 2004, by coordinating people having experienced the ordeal of either having a cancer patient in their family or being a survivor of the disease. He is known to be as "Saint with Stethoscope". In 2023, he was honoured with Kerala Sree Award, third highest civilian award given by the Government of Kerala.
Nicola S. H. Rogers is a British archaeologist and small finds specialist. Following graduation from Southampton University in 1982 with a degree in Archaeology and History, she started her working career in Oxford, before moving to York in 1988, where she joined York Archaeological Trust as a research assistant. She worked for York Archaeological Trust as a small finds research specialist until 2015, when she set up as a freelancer, under the name Nicola Rogers Archaeology. Nicola was elected as a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London on 12 March 2015. She has published numerous small finds reports, particularly relating to the archaeology of York. She is a committee member of CIFA Finds Group as part of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists.
