Nauchalee Rajapakse is a Sri Lankan netball player who represents Sri Lankan netball team in international netball tournaments. [1] She represents Army SC in local netball competitions. [2]

She was a member of the Sri Lankan contingent which emerged as champions at the 2018 Asian Netball Championships for the record fifth time. She also represented Sri Lanka at the 2019 Netball World Cup where the team finished at 19th position. [3] [4]

Chathurangi Jayasooriya also spelled as Chathurangi Jayasuriya is a Sri Lankan netball player and the current captain of the Sri Lanka national netball team who plays in the positions of goal defense or goal keeper. Mellony Wijesinghe was a Sri Lankan netball player who played in the position of goal shooter in international netball tournaments. She died on 20 October 2019 from suspected leukaemia. She was treated by Dr Eliyantha White in July 2019 for a shoulder injury after which she developed loss of red blood cells, however tests conducted in India and South Africa have not revealed any trace of leukaemia.

Roshita Joseph also spelt as Joseph Roshita is a Sri Lankan carrom player. She was also a former number 1 women’s carrom player in Sri Lanka and has won the national titles on six occasions. In 2020, she became a world champion in the women’s singles of the inaugural edition of the World Online Carrom Championship. She is currently attached to Sri Lankan Navy.

Gayanjali Amarawansa is a Sri Lankan netball player who plays for the national team in the position of centre. She is also currently employed at the Hatton National Bank and also occasionally plays basketball and netball for her bank in domestic competitions.
