Nazriel Alfaro Syahdan (born 1 February 2008) is an Indonesian footballer who plays for Persib Bandung. [1]
Nazriel is a graduate of the Persib Bandung youth academy and has risen through their ranks. [2] He made his senior debut in the Piala Presiden against Port FC on 6 July 2025, marking a significant milestone at just 17 years old. [3] His promotion is part of Persib's strategy to build a strong future foundation through internal youth development. [4]
Nazriel represented Indonesia U-17 at the ASEAN U-16 Boys' Championship, playing in key matches against Singapore, Philippines, Laos, and Australia. [5] He was called up again for the AFC U-17 Asian Cup 2025 and helped the team qualify for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup. [6] In August 2025, Nazriel was summoned again for preparations ahead of the Piala Kemerdekaan 2025 tournament. [7]
Nazriel is praised for his calm and mature playing style in midfield, strong work ethic, and composure under pressure—qualities likened to veteran Dedi Kusnandar and inspired by Andrés Iniesta. [8]
