Birla foundation for outstanding literary work in Hindi. In 2015 she was awarded an honorary D.Litt. from the University of Burdhwan, West Bengal.
Suryakumar Pandey is an Indian poet, humorist, satirist and writer. During his literary career, he has contributed to various genres of Hindi literature including Hasya Kavita, Vyangya (satire) and Bal Kavita. Pandey is recognized as a Hāsya Kavi and for the distinctive style and language employed in his Hasya Kavita. Popularly known as Pandeyji, he is also well known for his Hāsya Kavita recitations at Hindi Kavi sammelans both in India and around the world.

He was appointed Professor on an unreserved position in the Department of Hindi at the University of Delhi in 2010 and became the first Dalit Professor in the department. He is currently serving as the Head of the Hindi Department at the University.

Rajaram Jain is an Indologist, philologist, author and a scholar of Prakrit, Apabhramsha, Sanskrit, Hindi and Shauraseni Prakrit languages. He is known for his critical studies and Hindi translations of rare, unpublished manuscripts, particularly the work of the 14th -15th century poet Raidhu. Jain's work has contributed to the understanding of Indo-Aryan literature. In 2024, the Government of India honoured Rajaram Jain with the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian honour.
