After failing to make any appearances for Forcinha, Negueba joined Atlético Potengi  [ pt ] in August 2016, after a partnership with Globo was established. [3] Upon returning to Globo, he made his first team debut in 2017, before moving on loan to Fortaleza in August 2018 and returning to the youth setup. [4]

Back to his parent club for the 2019 campaign, Negueba was the top scorer of the year's Série C, as his club was unable to avoid relegation. [5] On 2 October, he was announced on loan at Vitória. [6]

On 11 August 2020, after being rarely used, Negueba left Vitória and moved to Santa Cruz, also on loan. [7] He returned to Globo in December, [8] and scored 12 goals in the 2021 Potiguar as the club lifted the trophy.

On 27 June 2021, Negueba was loaned to ABC until the end of the year. [9] On 10 December, he was announced at Mirassol on a permanent deal. [10]
