Negurenii Vechi is a commune in Ungheni District, Moldova. It is composed of four villages: Coșeni, Negurenii Vechi, Țîghira and Zăzulenii Vechi.^[2]

Ungheni is a district in the central part of Moldova, bordering Romania, with the administrative center at Ungheni. The other major city is Corneşti. As of 1 January 2011, its population was 117,400.

Moldova, officially the Republic of Moldova, is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe, bordered by Romania to the west and Ukraine to the north, east, and south. The capital city is Chișinău.
