Abuja is the capital and eighth most populous city of Nigeria. Situated at the centre of the country within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), it is a planned city built mainly in the 1980s based on a master plan by International Planning Associates (IPA), a consortium of three American planning and architecture firms made up of Wallace, Roberts, McHarg & Todd as the lead, Archisystems International, and Planning Research Corporation. The Central Business District of Abuja was designed by Japanese architect Kenzo Tange. It replaced Lagos, the country's most populous city, as the capital on 12 December 1991.

The Lagos metropolitan area is a major educational and cultural centre in Sub Saharan Africa. Due to the large urban population and port traffic volumes, Lagos is classified as a Medium-Port Megacity.
Lagos State is a state in southwestern Nigeria. Of the 36 states, it is both the most populous and smallest in area. Bounded to the south by the Bight of Benin and to the west by the international border with Benin, Lagos State borders Ogun State to the northeast making it the only Nigerian state to border only one other state.Lagos is a Yoruba State.

Victoria Island (VI) is an affluent area that encompasses a former island of the same name neighbouring Lagos Island, Ikoyi and the Lekki Peninsula by the Lagos Lagoon. The LGA only covers the western half of Lagos Island; the eastern half is simply referred to as Lagos Island East LCDA.

Surulere is a residential and commercial Local Government Area located on the mainland of Lagos in Lagos State, Nigeria, with an area of 23 km2 (8.9 sq mi). Felix Ovudoroye Ibru was a Nigerian architect the first democratically elected Governor of Delta State and Senator for Delta Central Senatorial District. Until his death he held the position of President General of the Urhobo Progressive Union (UPU). As a traditional chieftain of his homeland, Ibru bore the tribal honorific Olorogun and often used it as a pre-nominal style. This title is also borne by many of the members of his large family in the same way.
Eko Atlantic, officially Nigeria International Commerce city, also known as Eko Atlantic City, or the initials E.A.C. and E.A., is a planned city of Lagos State, Nigeria, being constructed on land reclaimed from the Atlantic Ocean. Upon completion, the new peninsula is anticipating at least 250,000 residents and a daily flow of 150,000 commuters. The development is also designed to help in stopping the erosion of Lagos city's coastline.
6 & 8 Parramatta Square is a skyscraper in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia, a centrepiece of the Parramatta Square development. The building consists entirely of commercial office space, making up 120,000 square metres (1,300,000 sq ft) of floorspace, at a height of 230 metres (750 ft), making it the tallest building in Parramatta and outside the Sydney central business district. It was built in the Parramatta Square Development on plot 8 called PSQ8.

The Kings Tower is a 15-storey mixed-use building located at a junction on Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. It was designed by South African architects SAOTA and developed by Sky View Towers Limited. The building has twelve floors of office spaces spanning over 14,827 m2 (159,600 sq ft), two floors of retail spaces covering approximately 1,545 m2 (16,630 sq ft), a basement and a parking podium for about 343 cars. Other facilities include a restaurant and cafe. Completion finalized in 2019.
4 Bourdillon is one of the tallest residential buildings in West Africa. It is located on the corner of Bourdillon and Thompson Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. It is a Twin Tower of 25 Floors comprising 41 apartments. The 41 Units have 3 and 4 Bedroom Flats and 5-Bedroom Duplex Flats and Duplex Penthouses.
The Civic Tower, also called Civic Center Towers, Civic Towers, is a 16 floor office building in Lagos. It is located a short distance from the Civic Centre on Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Victoria Island, Lagos. It was officially opened in 2015 and it is owned by Business Tycoon Uzor Christopher.
