Nestor Landag Colonia [1] , OLY (born February 16, 1992) is a flyweight weightlifter from the Philippines. He won the 2015 Asian Championships and placed third in the clean and jerk at the 2015 World and 2016 Asian Championships. [2] He qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics. [2] He is coached by his uncle Gregorio Colonia, who competed at the 1988 Olympics. [3]

Airman 2nd Class Colonia is also part of the Philippine Air Force weightlifting team, together with Hidilyn Diaz. [4]

Gregorio Colonia is a retired flyweight weightlifter from the Philippines who competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics. After retiring from competitions he worked as a weightlifting coach. His trainees include his nephew Nestor Colonia.

Ramón Solis is a Filipino weightlifter. He has represented the Philippines internationally from 1975 to 1998. He won several medals in the Southeast Asian Games from 1977 to 1997. He won gold medals in 1981, 1983, 1985, 1987, 1989 and 1991 in the Southeast Asian Games. He competed in the men's middle heavyweight event at the 1988 Summer Olympics. He has also competed at the 1998 Asian Games in the men's 105 kg event.
