Nestor Landag Colonia [1] (born February 16, 1992) is a flyweight weightlifter from the Philippines. He won the 2015 Asian Championships and placed third in the clean and jerk at the 2015 World and 2016 Asian Championships. [2] He qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics. [2] He is coached by his uncle Gregorio Colonia, who competed at the 1988 Olympics. [3]

Airman 2nd Class Colonia is also part of the Philippine Air Force weightlifting team, together with Hidilyn Diaz. [4]

Ramón Solis is a Filipino weightlifter. He has represented the Philippines internationally from 1975 to 1998. He won several medals in the Southeast Asian Games from 1977 to 1997. He won gold medals in 1981, 1983, 1985, 1987, 1989 and 1991 in the Southeast Asian Games. He competed in the men's middle heavyweight event at the 1988 Summer Olympics. He has also competed at the 1998 Asian Games in the men's 105 kg event.

Vanessa Palomar Sarno is a Filipino weightlifter who is a gold medalist in major international competitions, including the 2020 Asian Weightlifting Championships and the 2023 Southeast Asian Games. She has set new Philippine records and bagged three gold medals at the 2023 Asian Youth and Junior Championships. Sarno is currently recognized as one of the top weightlifters in the Philippines.

John Febuar Ceniza is a Filipino weightlifter. He represented the Philippines at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.
