Neurotic Records is an independent extreme metal record label specialising predominantly in death metal, operating out of Tilburg in the Netherlands.
Neurotic Records was founded in late 2003 by Ruud Lemmen, who was initially responsible for European distribution for the American label Unique Leader before deciding to set up his own label.
In recent years, the label has been seen as an up-and-coming label after a number of relatively high-profile signings of certain bands, especially those signed from the well-respected Unique Leader label.
Neurotic Records is also directly involved in and responsible for the annual death metal festival Neurotic Deathfest , a growing music festival formerly known as the Rotterdam Deathfest - the name being changed to reflect the team behind the organisation of the festival as well as freeing the event up from being tied down to one specific city location.
In mid-2007, the label signed a licensing deal with American label Willowtip to distribute previously unavailable Neurotic Records releases and merchandise for sale in North America, Canada and Mexico. With that the Neurotic Records catalogue is available widely in all of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the aforementioned countries and more.
Beheaded is a Maltese death metal band. They were formed in 1991 by guitarist David Bugeja, and drummer Chris Brincat. They have performed in Malta, Europe, and the US, and have released several albums.
Spawn of Possession was a Swedish technical death metal group, which formed in 1997 in Kalmar. The band have collectively released three studio albums. A fourth album was planned, but in 2017 the band announced their split up.

In February 2019, the band started a co-headlining tour alongside Aversions Crown and support bands Within Destruction, Hadal Maw and Hollow World across Europe. They also headlined a 2019 tour in the United States in support of their album As the Kingdom Drowns.

Circle of Dead Children is an American deathgrind band formed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1998. After the release of a self-titled demo that was put out the same year they formed, Circle of Dead Children signed on with Willowtip Records to release their debut full-length album, Starving the Vultures, which comprised the demo tracks as well as several new ones.

Vile is an American death metal band, formed in 1996 in Concord, California by guitarist-producer Colin E. Davis and singer Juan Urteaga, recruiting the rest of the band from the ranks of disbanded groups such as Lords of Chaos, Entropy, Sporadic Psychosis and Thanatopsis. Vile toured the United States and Europe several times since their inception in 1996 including with Cannibal Corpse in 2004. Their most recent tour was of Japan in December 2013.

Defeated Sanity is a German technical death metal band from Dachsbach, Bavaria that was conceived in 1993 by guitarist Wolfgang Teske and his son, drummer Lille Gruber. The group's lineup currently consists of Gruber (drums), Jacob Schmidt, Josh Welshman (vocals), and Vaughn Stoffey (guitar). The band is known for their very brutal, abrasive and intricate style of death metal, while at the same time maintaining almost jazz fusion style influences. Defeated Sanity's genre has also sometimes been categorized as progressive death metal.

It contains a three-hour documentary on the history of the band and several concert performances as extra features. It was released on July 8 in USA and July 14 in Europe. The band have been featured in numerous articles as one of New Zealand's most prominent extreme metal acts, have toured widely across North America and Europe, and have been compared favourably to bands such as Neurosis and Gorguts. The band's sound has been described as "nauseating, disorienting and gleefully disharmonic", and is characterised by extremely technical death metal with extensive use of dissonance, time signature changes, and complex song structures.
Of Fracture and Failure is the debut full-length album by New Zealand death metal band Ulcerate. The album was released in February 2007 through Neurotic Records in partnership with Willowtip Records, with whom the band would later sign. Written over a two-year period, the album was recorded in April 2006 at Retractile Audio and mastered by Alan Douches at West Side Music, New York City, USA. It is the only album to feature Ben Read on vocals before bassist Paul Kelland took over vocal duties in 2009.
