School history
The construction of the administration and teaching buildings began in March 1994. By July 1994, the Planning, Preparation and Consulting Committee was established to begin strategic planning for the school.
The Preparation Department was formally established in July 1996. Lin was assigned as director, focused on establishing the school system.
By June 1997, the Taipei County Government granted Lin formal approval. On August 1, 1997, the Ceramic Engineering, Fine Art and Crafts, Advertising Design, and Data Processing departments were approved, and 4 classes were added. By December 8, 1997, 14 more classes were added.
On December 24, 1999, the Information department and related classes were approved and established.
By 2010, a General Class for sports was added.

Ming Chuan University is a private university in Shilin District, Taipei, Taiwan, accredited in the United States of America by the MSCHE and by AACSB. Ming Chuan University was ranked 551-600 in QS Asia Universities Ranking 2023 and positioned 1501+ in 2023 by Times Higher Education ranking. It was founded by Pao Teh-Ming (包德明) and her husband Lee Ying-Chao. The university was named after the progressive Qing Dynasty governor of Taiwan Liu Mingchuan.
National Taipei University, founded in 1949, is a national university in Taiwan. Before 2000, the university was named the College of Law and Business, National Chung Hsing University. The university's main campus is in Sanxia District, New Taipei, Taiwan. Two other campus and education center are in Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. According to Times Higher Education World University Ranking, it's ranked 1501+ in the world, and 30th in Taiwan.
Yingge District is a district located on the Dahan River in southwestern New Taipei City in northern Taiwan. It is famous for the production of porcelain and an abundance of art studios and shops.
Tianmu is a neighborhood located in Shilin District, Taipei, Taiwan. Located on the northern border of the district, Tianmu borders the neighboring district of Beitou and Yangmingshan National Park.
Aletheia University is a private university in Tamsui, New Taipei City and Madou, Tainan in Taiwan. It was founded by George Leslie Mackay as Oxford College. It has close links to the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan, and is one of the oldest institutions of higher education in Taiwan.
Education in Taoyuan City, Republic of China, below tertiary level, is through an established school system that consists of elementary schools, junior high schools, and senior high schools. It is managed by the Education Department of the Taoyuan City Government. The director is Ming-Wen Chang. In the four-year period 2003–2007, 85 billion NT dollars were spent on education.

The industrial high school's address is at No.60, Ruifang St., Ruifang District., New Taipei City 22441, Taiwan. It is colloquially known as JFVS. The school was founded in 1934, the area of the main campus is 4.4273 hectares. The current principal is Mr. Ching-Nan, Lin.
