New York Declaration

Last updated

The New York Declaration refers to the resolution passed by the UN General Assembly on September 12, 2025, which endorses the two-State solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The declaration calls for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza, the release of all hostages, and the establishment of a sovereign, viable Palestinian state alongside Israel. It condemns Hamas's October 7, 2023 attacks and demands the group's disarmament, while also condemning actions that have led to a humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza. [1] [2] [3] [4]
