The Eternal Word Television Network, more commonly known by its initials EWTN, is an American basic cable television network which presents around-the-clock Catholic-themed programming. It is not only the largest Catholic television network in America, but reportedly "the world's largest religious media network", reaching 425 million people in 160 countries, with 11 networks. It was founded by Mother Angelica, in 1980 and began broadcasting on August 15, 1981, from a garage studio at the Our Lady of the Angels Monastery in Irondale, Alabama, which Mother Angelica founded in 1962. She hosted her own show, Mother Angelica Live, until health issues led to her retirement in September 2001. As of 2017, Michael P. Warsaw, who is a consultant to the Vatican's Dicastery for Communications, leads EWTN.

Its title is the reverse spelling of the phrase "Takot ako!" ; hence, the exclamation point at the beginning. Later on December 4, 2001, !Oka Tokat was reformatted as a comedy horror adventure series.

Originally on live streaming, it became available as a terrestrial subchannel on BEAM TV, and some programs are also available on analog free TV Channel 31.
Daily Info is a morning television newscast aired on PTV, which was aired from May 8, 2017, to July 31, 2020, replacing Good Morning Pilipinas and was replaced by Rise and Shine Pilipinas. It was simulcast on IBC from March 23, 2020 to July 31, 2020 and from September 12, 2022 to present. Lazo, Audrey Gorriceta and Naomi Tiburcio, currently serves as the current anchors.

The newscasts will be back on September 7, 2020, replacing the weekday edition of PTV News. The newscast airs from Monday to Friday at 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (PST). and Saturday and Sundays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM (PST) and is streamed live on the network's Facebook and YouTube pages with simulcast on IBC on weekends. It is also heard on Radyo Pilipinas 738. The weeknight primetime edition newscasts is now anchored by Bendijo, Diane Querrer and Maan Macapagal currently serves as the main anchors. The weekend editions, meanwhile, is now anchored by Dominic Almelor serves as the sole anchors.
