News Live, formerly known as News TV Live, is a Philippine television news broadcasting show broadcast by GMA News TV and GTV. It premiered on February 28, 2011, as News TV Live on GMA News TV and concluded on February 21, 2021. The program was renamed News Live on February 27, 2021, following the channel's rebranding to GTV. The show concluded on March 26, 2023. It was replaced by GMA Integrated News Bulletin. [1]

Overview

It features different news of the day, foreign exchange rates, and the stock market. The news update always ends with weather and live traffic updates from different key roads in Metro Manila via GMA Traffic System. [2]

Victoria "Vicky" Torres Morales-Reyno is a Filipino broadcast journalist and television presenter. She is a co-anchor of GMA Network's early evening newscast 24 Oras since 2014, and the host of the Saturday afternoon documentary-drama show Wish Ko Lang! since 2004. For hosting Wish Ko Lang!, she got the "Best Public Service Program Host" award during the 29th PMPC Star Awards for Television in 2015 given by the Philippine Movie Press Club. GTV(Good Television, and stylized as Gtv), is a Philippine free-to-air television network owned and operated by the Citynet Network Marketing and Productions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of GMA Network Inc. It was launched on February 22, 2021, replacing GMA News TV on its flagship station, UHF Channel 27 Metro Manila and its provincial relay stations. It is a sixth overall secondary television brand of GMA Network since its inception in 1995 as Citynet Television. The network produces programmes from studios located at the GMA Network Center, EDSA corner Timog Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. The network's primary transmitter facility is located at the GMA Tower of Power site, Tandang Sora, Barangay Culiat, Quezon City and it operates Monday - Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to midnight and on Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, as well as on truncated hours during the Paschal Triduum. However, starting Holy Week 2023, it continues to sign off from Maundy Thursday at midnight to Easter Sunday at 6:00 am.
