Next Wave is an album by Japanese musician, DJ, record producer and composer Mondo Grosso. It contains collaborations with Kelis, Armand Van Helden, BoA, UA, Harry Romero and others. The track "Blaze it Up" appeared as "BLZ" on the soundtrack to the 2002 FIFA World Cup, Fever Pitch.
"In Public" is a song by American singer Kelis, featuring American rapper Nas, taken from the former's third studio album, Tasty (2003). It was released as the album's fourth and final single on April 4, 2005. Kelis co-wrote the song with its producer, Rockwilder.
"Bossy" is a song by American R&B singer Kelis featuring American rapper Too Short. The song features a Roland 808 drum machine and interpolates "Diamonds on My Neck" by Smitty, which in turns uses a sample of "Dangerous MC's" by The Notorious B.I.G. "Bossy" was released in the United States in April 2006 as the lead single from Kelis' fourth studio album, Kelis Was Here (2006). The song peaked at number 16 on the US Billboard Hot 100, making it the singer's second-biggest Hot 100 hit as well as Too Short's first top-40 hit. "Bossy" also entered the top 10 in Finland and the top 20 in Australia, New Zealand, and Spain and top 30 in UK. On December 11, 2006, the song was certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
American singer and songwriter Kelis has released six studio albums, one live album, one compilation album, 40 singles, and 29 music videos. At age 16, she left her parents' home; at the age of 20 she was signed to Virgin Records. Her debut single, "Caught Out There", was released in 1999, reaching number 54 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number four on the UK Singles Chart in the United Kingdom. Her debut album, Kaleidoscope, was released in December 1999 and charted at number 144 on the Billboard 200, and has sold 249,000 copies in the country to date. In the United Kingdom, it was certified gold and has sold over 167,000 copies. Two more singles were released from the album: "Good Stuff" which reached the UK top twenty and "Get Along with You" which failed to chart in the US and charted poorly in the UK. In 2001, her second studio album, Wanderland, was released and featured similar "raw emotion and sophisticated musicianship" of her debut album. The album was not released in the United States, however, and the only single, "Young, Fresh n' New", charted poorly.

A remix, featuring American rapper Nas, was released as the album's second single in the United States on October 3, 2006. Although the Neptunes were long-time collaborators of Kelis, Kelis Was Here was her first album without their involvement as she opted for a more diverse team of record producers, which included Garrett and Polow da Don.
"Millionaire" is a song by American singer Kelis, featuring American rapper André 3000, taken from the former's third studio album, Tasty (2003). Released as the album's third single on October 18, 2004, the song was written by Kelis and André 3000, produced by the latter, and contains a sample of the 1985 song "La Di Da Di" by Doug E. Fresh and Slick Rick. Like Kelis' previous single "Trick Me", "Millionaire" was not released in the United States.
The Gold Coast Blaze were an Australian men's professional basketball team which competed in the National Basketball League (NBL). The Blaze competed in their inaugural season in 2007–08. The club was based on the Gold Coast and joined the Cairns Taipans, Townsville Crocodiles as the other two NBL clubs from Queensland. The Blaze played its home games at the Gold Coast Convention Centre (GCCEC) in Broadbeach, known as "The Furnace" within the NBL. The team was not related to the previous Gold Coast representative in the NBL, the Gold Coast Rollers.

The album version features Iglesias's vocals only, with the radio mix featuring an extra verse and chorus by American singer Kelis. "Not in Love" was released as the album's second and final single in February 2, 2004 and peaked within the top 10 of the charts in the Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, and the United Kingdom.
