Ngulilo is an administrative ward in Ileje District, Mbeya Region, Tanzania. According to the 2002 census, the ward has a total population of 3,820. [1] The official language is Swahili, and much of the population does not know how to speak English.

Ileje District is a district in Songwe Region, Tanzania. It is bordered to the north by Mbeya Urban and Rungwe districts, to the east by Kyela District, to the northwest by Mbozi District and to the south by Zambia and Malawi.
