Niall Rowark is a Hong Kong Rugby Union player. He plays for the Hong Kong Football Club and the Hong Kong National Team at the Fly-half position.

Career

Rowark represented Hong Kong A in 2008 in a test series against Claremont College from USA. [1] He featured in the 2015 Asian Rugby Championship. [2]

The Indonesia national rugby union team represents Indonesia in rugby union. They are nicknamed the "Rhinos". The team is a full member of World Rugby. They have yet to play in the Rugby World Cup. The Indonesian squad was formed in 2006 to attend the IRB sanctioned Six Division Asian Rugby Football Tournament between Brunei, Laos, Cambodia and Indonesia. They currently compete in Division 3 South-East in the Asian Rugby Football Union.

Rugby union in China is a growing sport; however, it is still not overly popular. China became affiliated to the International Rugby Board in 1997 and as of 1 July 2019, its women's XV side was ranked 24th and its men's XV side 80th in the world. Neither the women's team nor the men's team has yet qualified for a Women's Rugby World Cup or a men's Rugby World Cup. However, China has hopes of one day hosting the men's event, and World Rugby has indicated it supports taking the event there.

The 2015 Asia Rugby Championship, or ARC, was the inaugural tri-nations series for top-level rugby union in Asia and the twenty-eighth continental championship for the ARFU nations. The Asia Rugby Championship replaced the former Asian Five Nations in 2015, with only three nations competing in the top division instead of the previous five. The inaugural series included Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. Other Asian nations competed in the lower division tournaments.

Fazil Marija is a former rugby union player of Sri Lanka. Marija is known as one of Sri Lanka's finest rugby union players and one of Asia's best. He was the former captain of the Sri Lanka national rugby union team. Marija comes from a sporting family background, with at least 17 members through two generations having represented various Clubs, Services Teams and National Rugby teams during the past four decades. Marija hails from the hill capital Kandy.

Jonny Rees is a current Hong Kong Rugby Union player. He plays for the Hong Kong Football Club, the Hong Kong National Team and previously for the Hong Kong Sevens team. Rees made his international debut in 2012 at the 2012 Cup of Nations tournament in Dubai against Zimbabwe. He featured in the 2013 Asian Five Nations match against the Philippines where he scored two tries to help Hong Kong to a 59 – 20 victory in Manila. He had also scored two tries earlier in the tournament against the United Arab Emirates beating them 53 – 7.

Gavin Hadley is a current Hong Kong Rugby Union player. He plays for the Hong Kong Football Club and the Hong Kong National Team. Hadley has also played for the Hong Kong A team. He was named in the Hong Kong squad to the 2015 Asian Rugby Championship.

Charlie 'Higgo' Higson-Smith is a Hong Kong rugby union player. He plays for the Hong Kong Football Club and the Hong Kong national rugby union team. Higson-Smith made his international debut for Hong Kong at the 2015 Asian Rugby Championship against South Korea.

Kelsie Bouttle is a Hong Kong women's rugby union player. She plays as a centre for Valley RFC and the Hong Kong women's national rugby union team.

The Hong Kong national rugby league team represents Hong Kong in the sport of rugby league.

Stuart Krohn is an American former professional rugby union player. At the University of California, Santa Barbara, he was an All-American in 1986. In Hong Kong, he played for Valley RFC for eight years, as the team won eight consecutive championships, and captained the international team at the 1993 Rugby World Cup Sevens and the 1997 Rugby World Cup Sevens. Krohn was a member of the silver medal winning USA Men's Rugby Team at the 1993 Maccabiah Games in Israel, and a member of the gold medal winning team at the 1997 Maccabiah Games.

Colleen Jenny Tjosvold is a Hong Kong rugby union and sevens player. She was named in Hong Kong's historic 2017 Rugby World Cup squad. It was their first appearance at a World Cup.

Christine Gordon is a Hong Kong rugby union player. She represented Hong Kong at the 2017 Women's Rugby World Cup in Ireland, it was Hong Kong's first-ever World Cup appearance. She started in their game against New Zealand at Number 8.

Jasmine Cheung Shuk-han is a Hong Kong rugby union player. She was selected in Hong Kong's historic squad who made their first Rugby World Cup appearance in 2017.
