Bighead is a graphic novel written and illustrated by Jeffrey Brown and published by Top Shelf Productions. The title character is a superhero named Khari whose main power seems to be that he has a giant head. Bighead fights villains like Heartbroke, who built a doomsday machine after a bad breakup so that he could make the entire world as miserable as he was.

His portraits are known to be bold and vivid in nature. Åkerblad's wide body of work gained significant attention following the success of the video game Hotline Miami, for which he created the cover art, along with its successor Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number. Åkerblad was also the sole artist for other video games, including Kometen, and Else Heart.Break . Akerblad is also widely known for regularly creating the cover art for Bandcamp Weekly, the official podcast of Bandcamp.
