Nina Sio (born 21 October 1963) is a former New Zealand rugby union player. She made her debut for the Black Ferns on 22 July 1989 against the California Grizzlies at Christchurch. She was also in the 1991 Women's Rugby World Cup squad. [1] [2]

They unfortunately lost to Ireland in the pool games, which meant that they did not qualify for the semifinals. She came off the bench in their fifth place final victory over the United States.

She made her debut for the New Zealand women's national side, the Black Ferns, on 2 May against Germany at the 1998 Women's Rugby World Cup. She made her final appearance at a Bledisloe Cup curtain raiser match against Australia in Sydney; the Black Ferns won 27–3.
