Nizam Uddin Khan (died 1996) was a Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician and a member of parliament for Dhaka-3 and Manikganj-3.
Khan was elected to parliament from Dhaka-3 as a Bangladesh Nationalist Party candidate in 1979. He was elected to parliament from Manikganj-3 as a Bangladesh Nationalist Party candidate in 1991,February 1996 and 12 June 1996. [1] [2]

The Bangladesh Nationalist Party is a major political party in Bangladesh. Founded on 1 September 1978 by Bangladeshi president Ziaur Rahman with a view of uniting people with a nationalist ideology,BNP later became one of the two dominant parties in Bangladesh,along with its archrival Awami League. Initially a big tent centrist party,it later moved towards more right-wing politics.

Manikganj is a district in central Bangladesh and part of the Dhaka Division. It was established in 1845,it was a subdivision of Faridpur District until,in 1953,it was transferred to Dhaka District for administrative purposes. In 1984,Manikganj was declared a full district.
