Nordic Young Conservative Union (Nordisk Ungkonservativ Union; NUU) is an umbrella organization formed in 1946 in Gothenburg, [1] with the increased political and economic cooperation between the Nordic countries and is currently the conservative group in Nordic Youth Council (HNR).
Project Runeberg is a digital cultural archive initiative that publishes free electronic versions of books significant to the culture and history of the Nordic countries. Patterned after Project Gutenberg, it was founded by Lars Aronsson and colleagues at Linköping University and began archiving Nordic-language literature in December 1992. As of 2015 it had accomplished digitization to provide graphical facsimiles of old works such as the Nordisk familjebok, and had accomplished, in whole or in part, the text extractions and copyediting of these as well as esteemed Latin works and English translations from Nordic authors, and sheet music and other texts of cultural interest.

The Nordic Council Literature Prize is awarded for a work of literature written in one of the languages of the Nordic countries, that meets "high literary and artistic standards". Established in 1962, the prize is awarded every year, and is worth 350,000 Danish kroner (2008). Eligible works are typically novels, plays, collections of poetry, short stories or essays, or other works that were published for the first time during the last four years, or in the case of works written in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish, within the last two years. The prize is one of the most prestigious awards that Nordic authors can win.
Artur Immanuel Hazelius was a Swedish teacher, scholar, folklorist and museum director. He was the founder of both the Nordic Museum and the Skansen open-air museum in Stockholm.
Gustav Christofer Ingemar Fjellner is a Swedish politician who served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 2004 until 2019. He is a member of the Moderate Party, part of the European People's Party. Fjellner gained national prominence as chairman of the Moderate Youth League from 2002 to 2004.

Neopaganism in Scandinavia is almost exclusively dominated by Germanic Heathenism, in forms and groups reviving Norse paganism. These are generally split into two streams characterised by a different approach to folk and folklore: Ásatrú, a movement that been associated with the most innovative and Edda-based approaches within Heathenry, and Forn Siðr, Forn Sed or Nordisk Sed, a movement marked by being generally more traditionalist, ethnic-focused and folklore-rooted, characterised by a worldview which its proponents call folketro. Forn Siðr may also be a term for Scandinavian Heathenry in general. Vanatrú defines the religion of those individuals or groups in which the worship of the Vanir dominates.

Nordisk Panorama – Nordic Short & Doc Film Festival, or just Nordisk Panorama, is an annual film festival for short and documentary films by filmmakers from the Nordic countries. It was founded in 1990 and since 2013 held every year in Malmö in Sweden.
