Norman Hooper (born c.1936) is a former racing cyclist from Wales, who represented Wales at the British Empire Games (now Commonwealth Games).
Hooper, born in 1936, [1] rode for the Port Talbot Wheelers [2] before joining the Earlswood Road Club in Birmingham. He had moved from Wales to live in Halesowen. [3] but had Welsh parents [4]
He rode for Wales in the Isle of Man Manx international [5] and represented the 1958 Welsh Team [6] [7] at the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff, Wales, [8] participating in one cycling program event; [9] the road race. [10] [11]
