Norman S. Hubbard

Norman S. Hubbard FRPSL is an American philatelist and former chairman of the Philatelic Foundation. He was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1996. He is a fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London. Hubbard is a specialist in the philately of South America and Uruguay in particular. [1]

Roll of Distinguished Philatelists

The Roll of Distinguished Philatelists (RDP) is a philatelic award of international scale, created by the Philatelic Congress of Great Britain in 1921. The Roll consists of three pieces of parchment to which the signatories add their names.

He is also the first to receive a gold medal at an international stamp exhibition for a display of Korean material. He is a fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London. Kahn is a specialist in the philately of Korea, Japan and China.

Tay Peng Hian FRPSL is a Singaporean philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1996. He is a fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London. Hian is a specialist in the philately of Burma and the Straits Settlements.
