The North Avenue Historic District is a U.S. historic district (designated as such on October 12, 2001) located in Lake Wales, Florida. The district is along the 100 Block of North Avenue. It contains 12 historic buildings.

Lake Wales is a city in Polk County, Florida, United States. The population was 14,225 at the 2010 census. As of 2014, the population estimated by the U.S. Census Bureau is 15,140. It is part of the Lakeland–Winter Haven Metropolitan Statistical Area. Lake Wales is located in central Florida, west of Lake Kissimmee and east of Tampa.

The Park Place-Grand Avenue Residential District

The Park Place-Grand Avenue Residential District is a nationally recognized historic district located in Keokuk, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. At the time of its nomination it consisted of 75 resources, which included 60 contributing buildings, one contributing structure, and 14 non-contributing buildings. The area was where successful Keokuk businessmen built their homes. Then as now it has been known as the "best place to live in Keokuk." Houses were built in the district as early as 1856, but most were built in the first 30 years of the 20th century.

East Portland Grand Avenue Historic District historic district in Portland, Oregon, USA

The East Portland Grand Avenue Historic District, located in southeast Portland, Oregon, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The district includes approximately 20 city blocks on or near Southeast Grand Avenue on the east side of the Willamette River, roughly bounded on the south by SE Main Street, north by SE Ankeny Street, west by SE Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, and east by SE Seventh Avenue. Most structures in the district are commercial buildings rising two to three stories. The district is roughly bounded by 87th Street, Collins Avenue, 73rd Street, and Hawthorne Avenue. The architecture in the district is primarily of the Miami Modernism style, unique to greater Miami. Other architectural styles are reflected in the district, including Mediterranean Revival, Art Deco, and Moderne.

Auchentoroly Terrace Historic District

The Auchentoroloy Terrace Historic District encompasses a residential district southwest of Druid Hill Park on the northwest side of Baltimore, Maryland. It is roughly bounded by Auchentoroly Terrace, Reisterstown Road, Liberty Heights Avenue, and Fulton Avenue. This area was developed between 1895 and 1911 with a series of large and fashionable townhouses, mainly in the Renaissance Revival style. Development was begun by the heirs of John Morris Orem, and largely finished by the Auchentoroloy Corporation, which acquired land not developed by the Orems.
