Some conferences have schools in multiple regions, and will be listed in all applicable regions. However, the conference information is on the region page where the most schools are classified in.
The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) is the governing body of athletic programs for junior and senior high schools in the state of Ohio. The OHSAA governs eligibility of student athletes, resolves disputes, organizes levels of competition by divisional separation of schools according to attendance population, and conducts state championship competitions in all the OHSAA-sanctioned sports.
Anthony Wayne High School is a public high school in Whitehouse, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo. The school has an enrollment of approximately 1,370 students in grades 9-12 as of 2018. The school is named for General Anthony Wayne, who led troops in the nearby Battle of Fallen Timbers during the Northwest Indian War.
The Green Meadows Conference is an OHSAA athletic league located in northwest Ohio. The eight member schools are all located in one of four counties: Henry County, Defiance County, Paulding County, or Williams County.
The Northeast Ohio Conference (NOC) was a high school athletics conference, recognized by the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA), in northeast Ohio. Eighteen member schools — each located within the Northeast District of the OHSAA — competed in three six-member divisions: Valley, River and Lake. Dan Gerome served as the last NOC commissioner.

Harrison Central Junior/Senior High School is a public high school located in Cadiz, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Harrison Hills City School District. Sports teams are called the Huskies, and they compete in the Ohio High School Athletic Association as a member of the Buckeye 8 Athletic League as well as the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference.

Their nickname is the Vikings and the official school colors are Scarlet and Grey. There are currently approximately 300 students in grades 9-12 at the school.
Western High School (WHS) is a public high school in Latham, Pike County in Southern Ohio. It is the only high school in the Western Local School District. Their nickname is the Indians and their school colors are green and white.

Sciotoville Community School is a charter school in Sciotoville, Scioto County, Ohio, United States. It is also known as East High School. Their mascot is the Tartans and their colors are blue and white/Gray. In 2000, East High School was supposed to be closed by the City of Portsmouth, but with public effort, they were able to convert the high school to a community school.

Wheelersburg High School (WHS) is a public high school in Wheelersburg, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Wheelersburg Local School District, which is located in Porter Township along the northern bank of the Ohio River in Southern Ohio. Wheelersburg's mascot is the Pirates and their school colors are orange and black.
South Webster High School (SWHS) is a public high school in South Webster, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Bloom-Vernon Local Schools district.
The Southern Ohio Conference (S.O.C.) is an athletic conference in Ohio. The conference is also a member of the Ohio High School Athletic Association, the governing body of Ohio athletics. There are currently sixteen member schools in the conference. The S.O.C. includes teams from four different Ohio counties - Jackson County, Lawrence County, Pike County, and Scioto County. The conference recognizes: baseball, boys' and girls' basketball, boys' and girls' cross country, football, boys' soccer, fast pitch softball, boys' and girls' swimming, boys' and girls' tennis, boys' and girls' track and field athletics, and girls' volleyball.
