OSW Review (full name Old School Wrestling Review) is an Irish video podcast which reviews professional wrestling events and movies. [1] Founded by Jay Hunter, [2] the podcast is independent but syndicated to professional wrestling critic video series Botchamania. [3] The podcast was founded in 2008 with a panel of three hosts, Hunter, Steve "V1" Roe and "Mr. OOC" (abbreviaton of "Out Of Character," a term from online fantasy pro-wrestling promotions & forums, real first name Steve, surname unknown). [4] [5] [6] A fourth host, "Neo"/Niall was also featured in early episodes, but has not been featured since. The show drew inspiration from the professional wrestling Review-a-Wai and video gaming Epic Battle Axe podcasts. [7] [8]

Hunter also promoted a weekly radio show for Radio Dublin named Super OSW 64. [9]

<i>Mega64</i> American satirical comedy troupe

Mega64 is an American satirical comedy troupe and independent production company created by Rocco Botte, Derrick Acosta, and Shawn Chatfield. Founded in San Diego in 2003, Mega64 is responsible for producing an eponymous web series, various sketches, and a podcast. The core group consists of Rocco Botte, Derrick Acosta, and Shawn Chatfield with additional members Garrett Hunter, Meg Turner, Johnny Weiss, Kevin Bushong, Frank Howley and Bryan Abou Chacra. Roosterteeth member Eric Baudour was also a member of the group. They organize an annual informal fan convention at Disneyland titled Gamedays.

Noah Anthony Schiavone is an American sports announcer, professional wrestling commentator and podcaster. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) where he serves as the play-by-play commentator for Collision, color commentator for Dynamite and Rampage, then also as senior producer. He has previously worked for Jim Crockett Promotions, the World Wrestling Federation, World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and Major League Wrestling (MLW). Michael K. Cariglio is an American professional wrestler, better known by his stage name, Michael Modest. Modest ran the promotion Pro Wrestling IRON with tag partner Donovan Morgan and Frank Murdoch until its closure in 2005. Modest has also wrestled in Japan for Pro Wrestling Noah, winning the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship after defeating Yoshinobu Kanemaru. He has also wrestled in Canada, Mexico and Ireland. He is perhaps best known for his appearances in the wrestling documentary Beyond the Mat, the film Ready to Rumble, and the TV special Exposed! Pro Wrestling's Greatest Secrets.

The program primarily covered news and events surrounding professional wrestling and mixed martial arts. James Daniel Smallman is a stand-up comedian, radio presenter, professional wrestling promoter, blogger and voice-over artist. Smallman attended school in Hinckley, and went on to De Montfort University, graduating with a first-class Honours degree in English Literature.
