Osobnosť televíznej obrazovky, more commonly abbreviated as OTO, was a Slovak awards show recognizing the public figures and the work of popular culture in the country. Established by Art Production Agency (APA) in 2000, the television poll-based awards were voted on by the general viewing audiences. The annual ceremonies of the accolades were screened live by the national television network RTVS, usually in March for the previous calendar year.
OTO Award for Female Singer has been awarded since the first edition of the accolades, established by Art Production Agency (APA) in Slovakia. Each year, the award is presented to the most recognized female artists of the past year with the ceremony permitted live by the national television network STV.
OTO Award for TV Female Actor has been bestowed to the most recognized female actors of the past year in Slovakia since 2000. In years 2010 and 2011, the award was split into two equivalent categories depending on a genre, TV drama or TV comedy. From 2012, the general category is held.
OTO Award for Male Singer has been annually presented in Slovakia from 2000.

Hall of Fame OTO Award has been annually presented at the OTO Awards ceremony for lifetime achievements. Since 2000, the honor is given by the Academy of Personalities of Culture and Social Life in Slovakia.
Absolute OTO Award has been annually presented at the Slovak OTO Awards.
The 9th OTO Awards, honoring the best in Slovak popular culture for the year 2008, took time and place on March 11, 2009, at the former Opera building of the Slovak National Theater in Bratislava. The ceremony broadcast live STV. The host of the show was Jozef Pročko, featuring guest appearances by Michal Hudák and Juraj Mokrý.

Plus 7 dní Award for TV Act of the Year has been bestowed to the most recognized television host of the past year in Slovakia since 2003. Originally known as the EuroTelevízia Award (2003–2006) and Život Award (2007-2015), the accolade is given as part of the annual OTO Awards ceremony by the Plus 7 dní magazine as the official announcer of the awards show, and local journalists.
