José Ángel Bocanegra González is a Mexican luchador, or masked professional wrestler, best known under the ring name Oficial 911. As Oficial 911 he is part of a group called Los Oficiales that has worked for International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) since 2007. The team held the record for the longest-reigning Distrito Federal Trios Champions and are the most successful holders of the IWRG Intercontinental Trios Championship, holding it longer than any other trios team and having defended it more times than any previous champions have. Bocanegra previously wrestled as Comando Mega in IWRG as well.
Mario Pardo Villagómez is a Mexican luchador, best known under the ring name Oficial AK-47. As Oficial AK-47 he is part of a group called Los Oficiales that has worked for International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) since 2007. The team held the record for the longest reigning Distrito Federal Trios Champions and are the most successful holders of the IWRG Intercontinental Trios Championship, holding it longer than any other trios team and having defended it more times than any previous champions have. AK-47 is also a former one-time IWRG Intercontinental Middleweight Champion. He previously worked as the enmascarado charactersSureño de la Muerte and Black Stone. He is named after the AK-47 assault rifle. Wrestling most his career under a mask, Pardo's true identity was revealed on December 22, 2011, when he lost his mask in a match against Trauma I.
Antheus Ortiz Chávez, better known under the ring name Hijo de Pirata Morgan is a Mexican luchador, or professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) portraying a tecnico wrestling character. Hijo de Pirata Morgan's real name was not a matter of public record until March 16, 2013 where he lost his wrestling mask and had to reveal his real name. This is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans while they are masked. He is legitimately the son of professional wrestler Pedro Ortiz Villanueva, better known as Pirata Morgan, and not a storyline family relationship as it sometimes the case in Lucha Libre.
Los Oficiales Elite was a Mexican professional wrestling group, called a stable who works primarily for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). The group is the latest incarnation of the IWRG stable Los Oficiales, with the two groups being rivals since Los Oficiales Elite was created in 2011. All three members were masked and used Police officer / SWAT team ring characters.
Cesar Caballero is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler. Working under the ring name Oficial Factor, he appears for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). Caballero previously worked under a number of other ring names including Mega, but they are not officially acknowledged, as the enmascarado character is promoted as a separate entity from his previous characters, which is often the case when a Mexican wrestler adopts a new masked character.
Prisión Fatal (2012) was a professional wrestling major event, produced by the Mexico based International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) professional wrestling promotion. The event took place on November 1, 2012, at "Arena Naucalpan" in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, IWRG's main venue. The main event was the eponymous Prisión Fatal Steel cage match where the last person remaining in the cage was forced to unmasked per the match stipulation. The Prisión Fatal match included El Hijo de Pirata Morgan, El Hijo de Máscara Año 2000, Oficial 911 and Factor. The show also celebrated the 50th Anniversary of Lucha Libre in Estado de México
Los Megas was a Mexican professional wrestling group, called a stable who worked as a tecnico faction. All members of the group started out as masked wrestlers, but all four members lost their masks before the group was disbanded.
Oficial Spartan is the current ring name of Victor Manuel Montés, who is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). Montés previously worked under a number of other ring names including Omega and Arlequín Rojo, but they are not publicly acknowledged as the enmascarado character is promoted as a separate entity from Montés' previous characters as is often the case when a Mexican wrestler adopts a new masked character.
The Distrito Federal Trios Championship is a Trios (six-man) tag team Championship primarily promoted by the Mexican Lucha libre professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). The title was created in 1986 and is controlled by the "Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F.", which regulates all matches where the title is defended, allowing it to only be defended in Mexico City and the State of Mexico. It is considered a secondary, lower level championship than the Mexican National Trios Championship also sanctioned by the Commission but almost exclusively controlled by Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). IWRG has held the control of the Distrito Federal Trios Championship since IWRG was founded in 1996 and has at times been a secondary title for the promotion, below the IWRG Intercontinental Trios Championship. The championship is not restricted by nationality, only by geographical location of where it can or cannot be defended.
Guerra del Golfo (2012) was an annual professional wrestling major event produced by Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG), which took place on April 15, 2012 in Arena Naucalpan, Naucalpan, State of Mexico, Mexico. The annual Guerra del Golfo main event consists of three matches in total, with two "qualifying matches", multi-man steel cage matches where the last person left in the cage advances to the main event of the night. The two losers is forced to wrestle inside the steel cage, with the loser being forced to either take off their wrestling mask or have their hair shaved off under Lucha de Apuesta, or "Bet match" rules.
Los Traumas or Los Hermanos Trauma is the name of a Mexican professional wrestling tag team consisting of the enmascarado (masked) brothers Trauma I and Trauma II. Los Traumas' real names are not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. Los Traumas are the sons of professional wrestler Miguel Calderón Navarro, better known under the ring name Negro Navarro. The team operates on a Freelance basis and thus is not exclusively working for one specific professional wrestling promotion but has worked for many Mexican wrestling promotions including working matches on shows promoted by the largest Mexican based promotions such as Lucha Libre AAA World Wide (AAA), Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG).
Miguel Ángel Lugo, better known under the ring name Eterno is a Mexican luchador, or professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotions Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG), Desastre Total Ultraviolento (DTU) and on the Mexican independent circuit portraying a rudo wrestling character.
Juan Carlos Gonzales, better known under the ring name El Hijo del Diablo, is a Mexican luchador, or professional wrestler currently working on the Mexican Independent circuit and has regularly worked for International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) portraying a rudo wrestling character. He is a founding member of the IWRG group Los Gringos VIP.
Guillermo Martinez Cid is a Mexican luchador, or professional wrestler known under a variety of ring names, primarily Bombero Infernal. He was the first person to wrestle under the name AK-47 but was later replaced, he also worked as Matrix, Kraneo, Capitán Muerte and Temerario Infernal. He is a freelance wrestler on the Mexican independent circuit and has worked on a regular basis for International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) over the years. His son is currently wrestling as Matrix, Jr.

The show was the ninth year in a row that IWRG has held a Guerra del Golfo show, which usually takes places in the early spring.
The 2004 El Castillo del Terror was a major lucha libre event produced and scripted by the Mexican International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) professional wrestling promotion on October 31, 2004. The 2004 El Castillo del Terror was the fourth ever IWRG El Castillo del Terror event held. La Fortaleza was a major professional wrestling produced and scripted held by the Mexican Lucha libre promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) on March 4, 2015. La Fortaleza refers to the main event ten-man steel cage match where the last man remaining in the cage would be forced to remove their wrestling mask or have their hair shaved off per Lucha de Apuestas, or "bet match", rules. La Fortaleza featured a team representing IWRG and a team representing the rival AAA promotion, furthering a scripted rivalry between the two companies.
Caravana de Campeones was an annual professional wrestling major event produced and scripted by Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG), which took place on August 122, 2013 in Arena Naucalpan, Naucalpan, State of Mexico, Mexico. Every match on the show featured a champion defending their title, with two changing hands; Golden Magic defeating Eterno to win the WWE World Welterweight Championship while El Hijo de Pirata Morgan pinned Oficial Factor to win the IWRG Rey del Ring Championship. The IWRG Junior de Juniors Championship, the IWRG Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship and the Distrito Federal Trios Championship were all successfully defended
