Old Town (or Oldtown) is a former unincorporated community in North Carolina which was annexed by Winston-Salem. It was located near Bethania, Tobaccoville, and Pfafftown along NC 67. The name now refers to a neighborhood that occupies the former unincorporated community limits.
The Old Town Center, a shopping center which opened in the second quarter of the 1960s, has had an increase of development over the years. It includes national retail establishments and restaurants Other non-local establishments are also featured at the shopping center.
Old Town Park and its Neighborhood Center is south of the neighborhood towards Pfafftown.[ citation needed ] The Old Town Community Center offers dance sessions for clogging and line dancing. [1]

Jonesville, originally called Allen's Settlement, is the oldest town in Yadkin County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 2,285 at the 2010 census. The town grew by nearly 800 residents in 2001 when it merged with neighboring Arlington. As of 2012, the Piedmont Triad has an estimated population of 1,611,243 making it the 33rd largest combined statistical area in the United States.
Corolla is an unincorporated community located in Poplar Branch township, Currituck County, North Carolina, United States, along the northern Outer Banks. It has a permanent population of approximately 500 people; during the summer vacation season, the population surges into the thousands. Corolla is home to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, one of the seven North Carolina coastal lighthouses.
Old Salem is a historic district of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, United States, which was originally settled by the Moravian community in 1766. It features a living-history museum which interprets the restored Moravian community. The non-profit organization began its work in 1950, although some private residents had restored buildings earlier. As the Old Salem Historic District, it was declared a National Historic Landmark (NHL) in 1966, and expanded fifty years later. The district showcases the culture of the Moravian settlement in the Province of North Carolina during the colonial 18th century and post-statehood 19th century via its communal buildings, churches, houses and shops.

As of the 2000 census, the ZCTA of Pfafftown had a population of 2,043. It is a Piedmont Triad community.

Union Cross is an unincorporated community in southeastern Forsyth County, North Carolina, United States. Parts of the community have been annexed by Kernersville and Winston-Salem as a result of the area's large population growth and the construction of the new Dell plant. The community holds Union Cross Traditional Academy, as well as Glenn High School.

Salem Fork is an unincorporated community in central Surry County, North Carolina, United States. The community is centered on the junction of Zephyr Road and Interstate 77. Prominent landmarks in the community include Salem Fork Baptist Church and Salem Fork Church of Christ. A growing commercial area is developing in the center of the community, including hotels and planned shops. This is due to the increased traffic volume from the interstate to the nearby Shelton Vineyards attraction and the expansion of some municipal services from the nearby town of Dobson.
The Roger L. Stevens Center is the primary performance venue in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is owned and operated by the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. It is named after the theatre producer and real estate magnate Roger L. Stevens and was opened on April 22, 1983. The venue serves the major UNCSA productions, the Winston-Salem Symphony, Piedmont Opera, and many other touring and local productions. All in all the theatre is used for rehearsal or performance all but 70 days of the year.
Wake Forest University School of Divinity is an ecumenical divinity school located on the campus of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. North Carolina Highway 65 (NC 65) is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of North Carolina. Traveling east–west within the Piedmont Triad, it connects the towns of Rural Hall, Walnut Cove, Stokesdale and Wentworth with the city of Reidsville.
Kaleideum in Winston-Salem, North Carolina was created from the July 2016 merger of Children's Museum of Winston-Salem and SciWorks, the Science Center and Environmental Park of Forsyth County. Currently, the museum operates two locations — Kaleideum Downtown and Kaleideum North.
