Daisy Wotube Okocha served as the 7th Chief Judge of Rivers State, in charge of the state's High Court of Justice, and Judicial Service Commission. She was appointed to the office by Governor Ezenwo Wike on 4 January 2016, and held it until her retirement on 15 January 2016. Rebisi is a traditional kingdom of the Ikwerre people in what is today Nigeria. It is located in Port Harcourt and comprises the localities of Oroabali, Orolozu, Orogbum, Oroworukwo, Orochiri, Oromeruezimgbu and Oroada. As a result of his brevity in conquering several wars,he expanded and allocated lands to all his children to reflect, Oro (houses) as an adjective to qualify what is today known communities respectively. These house's now communities (Oro) today were strategically located in port harcourt to wage war against encroachment on Rebisi territory.
