Oman Avenues Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in Oman. [1] It is a division of renowned LuLu Group International based at Abu Dhabi. It was inaugurated in May 2015, under the patronage of M.A Yusuff Ali, MD, Lulu Group, along with other key members of the Lulu management.

Spanning 17 acres (6.9 ha), it is one of the largest malls in India with a total built up area of the project is 1,850,000 sq ft (172,000 m2) including convention center and hotel. The total area of mall is 731,950 sq ft (68,000 m2). It contains nearly 300 outlets, including food courts, restaurants, family entertainment zones, a multiplex, ice skating rink, gaming arena, beauty parlors, a toy train joy ride and bowling alley. The mall was opened in March 2013 by then Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri Oommen Chandy.
