The film was released on 8 April 2016, Upon release, the film received mixed to positive reviews from critics, eventually becoming one of the highest grossing Bengali film of 2016. The film is a sequel of 2013 film Purnodoirgho Prem Kahini.
Mousumi Hamid is an actress and model from Bangladesh. She rose to prominence after becoming the 1st runner-up in LUX Channel I Superstar 2010. Since then, she worked in several TV shows such as Love Rectangle , Radio Cholocate and several others. Since 2013, Hamid has signed several films including Anonno Mamun's Blackmail (2015), Shafi Uddin's Full Length Love Story: Part II (2015) and Shamim Ahamed Roni's Mental (2015).
Mahmuda Amin Shaina popularly known as Shaina Amin is a former Bangladeshi television and film actress and also a model. She began her career as a model appearing in commercials in 2005. In 2006 she made her debut in television drama performing in Cross Connection. She then has appeared in several television drama, film and series till now.
Shahiduzzaman Selim is a Bangladeshi theatre, television and film actor. He won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor in Negative Role for his performance in the film Chorabali (2012). He is currently the president of Actors’ Equity Bangladesh. In 2023 he performed in Priyotoma, which is the highest grossing Bangladesh film of all-time.
Ziaul Faruq Apurba is a Bangladeshi model and actor. He usually works in television, but has also appeared in films. He is also a singer.
Mousumi Nag is a Bangladeshi model and actress. She made her media debut in the television drama Shure Akaa Chobi in 2006, which was a commercial success. Since then, she has acted 150 dramas and is now one of the most popular names in the Bangladeshi TV drama industry. She has also appeared in films.
Uttam Akash is a Bangladeshi film director and screenwriter. His debutante film Muktir Sangram was released in 1995.
