Omer Shahab Khan (born 14 July 1964) is an Australian engineer and healthcare executive. He is the founder and CEO of OSAN Ability, a company that provides disability and aged care services registered under Australia's National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). [1]

Career

Khan began his career in telecommunications and research engineering in the United Kingdom before moving to Australia. In 2016, he established OSAN Ability, which provides in-home care, community access, and allied health services under NDIS and aged care programs. [2]

Khan also launched "The Shining Star," a vocational and psychological support initiative serving both Australian and Pakistani communities. [3]

In August 2025, Forbes cited Khan’s leadership approach in an article on "return on compassion" as a new model of business ROI, highlighting his work in aged care and disability services in Australia. [4]
