It features the track "Knights of the 21st Century", which includes guest vocals from Venom frontman Conrad "Cronos" Lant; it is also the band's longest studio recording to date with a length of 10:25, though after 1 minute and 40 seconds of silence, at 12:05, there is an outtake from Cronos.
Ambiguity is the third album by German metal band Brainstorm; released in 2000 this was the first with Andy B. Franck on vocals.
Amplifier is the debut album of the Manchester alternative rock band Amplifier.
Liquid Monster is the sixth album by the German metal band Brainstorm, released in 2005. The limited edition digipak and the Japanese edition contain a DVD with the documentary Streets, Stages & Studios and bonus tracks.
Soul Temptation is the fifth album by the German power metal band Brainstorm, released in 2003. Metus Mortis is the fourth album by the German power metal band Brainstorm, released in 2001.
Dead Reckoning is the eighth studio album by progressive metal band Threshold. It is their first album since the departure of founding member Nick Midson and the last to feature long time vocalist Andrew "Mac" McDermott. It is also the only one to feature guest vocals and their first album on their current label, Nuclear Blast. The song "Pilot in the Sky of Dreams" appeared on the 2008 film soundtrack In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale.
Feasting on Blood is the debut album by the brutal death metal band Severe Torture, released by Hammerheart Records on October 9, 2000.
Plug It In is the fourth album by Dutch rock band Krezip. It is their second album on their new label Sony BMG. The album was released on May 11, 2007. It notably features a disco-inspired sound on most of its songs as opposed to the alternative rock sound of earlier albums. This was because the band decided they needed a big change to their sound after ten years. Lead singer Jacqueline Govaert decided to base this new sound on bands such as Blondie and The Sounds; in fact, members Jesper Anderberg and Felix Rodriguez of The Sounds co-wrote some of the album's tracks.
Real to Reel is the sixth studio album by hard rock band Tesla. Released on June 5, 2007, it includes covers of classic rock songs from the late 1960s and early 1970s recorded by Tesla in their own style using analog tape and vintage equipment. Best Buy included a limited, exclusive Bonus CD with the purchase of "Real to Reel". This Bonus CD includes 4 songs, "War Pigs" from Reel Two, and unplugged versions of "Shine Away", "Modern Day Cowboy" and "Paradise".
Downburst is the seventh studio album by the German metal band Brainstorm, released on 25 January 2008. Former bassist Andreas Mailänder left the band before recordings started, so bass was handled by Torsten and Milan on this album.
Amanethes is the ninth studio album by Swedish gothic metal band Tiamat. It was released on May 2, 2008. The album was more positively received than Tiamat's previous releases, in part because of its return to their earlier metal sound in a few songs, while keeping the gothic rock in other songs.
Originators of the Northern Darkness is a tribute album to the Norwegian black metal band Mayhem, with contributions from some of the leading bands in the black metal and death metal scenes. All the songs were recorded between 1998 and 2000 in various locations, and the album was released on CD in 2001 by Avantgarde Music. In addition to the regular CD, a limited edition CD in black leather was also released. The album was re-released on digipack CD in 2007 by Peaceville.
Memorial Roots is the eighth studio album by the German power metal band Brainstorm, released on 16 October 2009.
