The Onething conference was an annual Christian conference put on by the International House of Prayer (IHOPKC) every December at the Bartle Hall Convention Center in Kansas City, MO. [1] The conference focused on prayer, evangelism, worship and Christian eschatology. [2] [3] In addition to theological instruction, the speakers often deliver inspirational messages on themes such as living a life without regrets. [4] The sessions often include long periods of prayer for the United States, sometimes lasting until midnight. [5] A particular emphasis is given to prayer for colleges and college students. [6] The last conference was held during the last week of 2018, and the conference has been placed on indefinite hold for the near future. [7]

History

The conference was initially inspired when Paul Cain, a former associate of International House of Prayer leadership, had a spiritual experience in which he saw thousands of young people gathering in Kansas City. [5] The attendees numbered over 25,000 in 2010. [2] Most attendees are young adults. [8]

Youth Conference was a large scale three-day Christian event held in numerous places around the world. The originating event, YC Alberta, is held in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. YC is a ministry of Extreme Dream Ministries.

After seeing the video, Palin invited Muthee to Alaska, where he gave her a blessing when she ran for governor, prior to her vice presidential run. Muthee has spoken to churches in multiple European countries and does work in Africa.

She has led worship sets weekly at the International House of Prayer since 2003–over 10,000 hours of live worship meetings–and has traveled extensively both domestically and internationally to lead worship. Her sophomore album, Love Will Have Its Day was released by Forerunner Music on October 21, 2014, and became her breakthrough release onto the Billboard charts. Cory Hunter Asbury is an American Christian musician, worship pastor, songwriter, and former member of the Bethel Music collective.

Kimberly Daniels is an American minister, religious author, politician, wife and mother of four from Jacksonville, Florida. She is a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing House District 14. She began her political career as an at-large member of the Jacksonville City Council. She served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing House District 14 as a member of the Democratic Party from 2016–2020 before losing her re-election campaign to Florida State House Representative Angie Nixon. During the 2022 election, Nixon ran to represent House District 13, creating a vacant seat in House District 14. On the last day of qualifying for the 2022 election, Daniels entered the race for the House District 14 seat in 2022. On August 23, 2022, she easily took the Democratic Primary for House District 14, winning all of the district’s 41 precincts.
