In 2025, Davies worked with the Trans Legal Clinic along with the clinic's founder, Olivia Campbell-Cavendish, Britain's first black transgender attorney, and Dr. Victoria McCloud, the UK's first openly transgender judge. [3]

They appealed to the European Court of Human Rights in regards to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom’s ruling that the word woman refers to "biological women". [3] [5]
