Out to Kill is a 2014 film written and directed by independent filmmaker Rob Williams, who has made a name for himself in the gay genre. [1] It was produced by GHF Films Productions and released on Guest House Films. [2]
Out to Kill is a gay-themed film with a "whodunit" murder plot. [1] [3] Gay private investigator Jim Noble (played by Scott Sell) moves into a loft complex in Tampa, to find his first case literally right outside his door – the corpse of one of his neighbors, Justin Jaymes (played by out up-and-coming singer Tom Goss in his film debut), floating in the pool right in the middle of the complex's courtyard. When he is hired to solve the crime, Jim quickly learns that everyone in the complex has secrets, and that someone was willing to kill to keep their secrets hidden.
Out to Kill has been shown at the Tampa International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, qFLIXphiladelphia, the Kansas City LGBT Film Festival, and the North Carolina Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. It won First Prize, Alternative Spirit Award (LGBTQ) Feature, at the Rhode Island International Film Festival. It has also toured internationally at the Korea Queer Film Festival and the KASHISH Mumbai International Queer Film Festival. [4]

Thomas Patrick Goss is an American singer-songwriter and actor. Goss has self-released five studio albums, one live album, two EPs, and multiple non-album singles. He has seen commercial success with his music featured on MTV's Logo TV. He won Best Gay Musician in DC from The Washington Blade, both in 2011 and 2012. Many of Goss' songs and music videos speak to LGBT issues such as marriage equality, Don't ask, don't tell (DADT), and gay subcultures such as bears. Goss tours internationally, often playing at LGBT establishments. In 2014, Goss landed his first starring role in a feature film—the gay-themed Out to Kill.
Ronni Lebman Sanlo is the Director Emeritus of the UCLA Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Center and an authority on matters relating to LGBT students, faculty and staff in higher education. She recognized at an early age that she was a lesbian, but was too afraid to tell anybody. Sanlo went to college then married and had two children. At the age of 31, Ronni came out and lost custody of her young children. The treatment toward the LBGT community and her rights as a mother are what gave Sanlo the drive to get involved in activism and LGBT politics.

The film follows Dusty who, while confronting his unfaithful boyfriend, blacks out. When he comes to, his boyfriend Stephen has been murdered, and Dusty is the prime suspect. Kiss Me, Kill Me had its world premiere on September 18, 2015, at Reeling: The Chicago LGBTQ+ International Film Festival, which featured the film as its Spotlight Selection.
