The Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library is a public library in Owen Sound, Ontario which serves the residents and taxpayers of the City of Owen Sound, the Township of Chatsworth, the Township of Georgian Bluffs and the Municipality of Meaford (former Sydenham Township portion). These municipalities provide financial support through taxation. Owen Sound's Carnegie library, which is now protected under the Ontario Heritage Act , is the only one with a vaulted ceiling. [1]

Owen Sound is a city in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. The seat of government of Grey County, it is located at the mouths of the Pottawatomi and Sydenham Rivers on an inlet of Georgian Bay.

Meaford is a municipality in Grey County, Ontario, Canada located on Nottawasaga Bay, a sub-basin of Georgian Bay and Owen Sound Bay, in the traditional territory of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation in southern Ontario. King's Highway 10, commonly referred to as Highway 10, is a provincially maintained highway in the Canadian province of Ontario. The highway connects the northern end of Highway 410 just north of Brampton with Owen Sound on the southern shores of Georgian Bay, passing through the towns of Orangeville and Shelburne as well as several smaller villages along the way. It historically followed the Toronto–Sydenham Road, the southern part of which later became the southern section of Hurontario Street. The section between Orangeville and Primrose was formerly part of Prince of Wales Road, which continues northwards after the highway turns west. Between Chatsworth and Owen Sound, Highway 10 is concurrent with Highway 6.

Vaughan Public Libraries (VPL) is a public library system consisting of twelve libraries and 1 express self-serve storefront in the city of Vaughan in Ontario, Canada. It has a collection of more than 534,000 items and serves over 1.7 million visitors a year. VPL has twelve branch locations, including three resource libraries. The Bathurst Clark Resource Library opened in 1994. Pierre Berton Resource Library opened in 2004. The newest resource library, Civic Centre Resource Library, opened in May 2016, and houses VPL’s administration offices. The latest branch, VMC Library (located in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre), opened to the public in June 2022. VPL serves the growing multicultural community of Vaughan by offering collections in Arabic, Chinese, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Malayalam, Persian, Portuguese, Persian, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tamil, Ukrainian, Urdu, and Vietnamese, in addition to French and English.
