The Philippine Basketball Association All-Star Game Most Valuable Player (MVP) is an annual Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) award given to the player(s) voted best of the annual All-Star Game.

Danilo Ildefonso is a Filipino former professional basketball player. Nicknamed "Danny I", "The Demolition Man" and "Lakáy", Ildefonso was awarded PBA Most Valuable Player in 2000 and 2001, being one of four players to do so in back-to-back seasons.
