The PC-Aero Elektra One is a single seat, electric powered composite aircraft. [1] [2]
A mockup was constructed by ES-Technik and shown at the AERO Friedrichshafen show in 2010. [2]
The Elektra One was built with support from Solar Hangar and Solar World. The business concept is to produce electricity for the aircraft from solar panel equipped hangars with excess energy fed back into the power grid. [3]
The Elektra One has a four-hour endurance with onboard lithium batteries and solar panels. [4] A tricycle gear variant was displayed in 2014.
The company has planned two-seat and four-seat versions, to be called the Elektra Two and Four. [1] [2]
The Elektra One was test flown in March 2011, using 3 kW of power. In August 2011, the Elektra One won the Lindbergh electric aircraft prize presented at the EAA AirVenture airshow in July 2011. [3]

The Bravo 700 is a small, two-seat civil utility aircraft manufactured by Aero Bravo in Brazil in both kit and ready-to-fly form. It is a high-wing monoplane of metal construction with fixed tricycle undercarriage and is classed as an ultralight under Brazilian aviation regulations. An agricultural version, the Bravo 700 Agrícola with spraying gear and a chemical tank with a capacity of 140 L has been developed to flight-testing stage.
The Lockwood Aircam is a high-wing, twin engine pusher configuration aircraft with conventional landing gear, based on the single engine Lockwood Drifter and sold in kit form by Lockwood Aircraft. The open-cockpit aircraft seats two in tandem. As of 2019, 250 Aircams were licensed and flying. In 2019, a complete kit with Rotax 912ULS engines, less instruments, paint, shipping and crating was priced at US$128,990.
The Flightstar is a large family of single and two-seat, high wing, single engined kit aircraft that was produced by Flightstar Sportplanes of South Woodstock, Connecticut. In 2009 the rights, tooling and parts inventory were sold to Yuneec International of China when Flightstar Sportplanes' business was wound up.
